After I got started putting things other than hair on top of people's heads, I realized it was a fun way to combine a classical sculpture with something playful. I'm interested in playing with the intersection of people and animals, and also in how animals adapt to the human world.
This woman has a nest with three small eggs on top of her head. She's clearly not worried about washing her hair.
